Blackhawk Striker 2 is a top-down shoot-em-up game in which you command a chopper and must eliminate as many enemy units as possible until you complete the mission.

You also must avoid being shot by the enemy units and laser missiles that appear from time to time. You only have 3 lives, but you can get more lives by getting a certain amount of points. There are also a series of power-ups that appear from time that can help you get better guns or other useful things to kill your enemies faster and more easily. Also, as you progress in the game you will be awarded more powerful choppers that will allow you to destroy stronger enemies more easily. Among the enemies you will have to fight are small and big ships, choppers, and all kinds of airplanes. Some of them move faster than others or are stronger and require several shots to be destroyed.

The game includes two modes: Mission mode and Tournament mode. In Mission mode, you just have to infiltrate and kill all enemy units, whereas in the other mode, you compete with other pilots on the global leader board.
Regarding the graphics, they are simple and not very detailed, but sound effects are good. The music is suitable, but a bit repetitive.
